Our CMS Operates 24/7 to Optimise the Performance of Your Alarm System
Our Alarm Monitoring System is connected to the CMS via telephone, internet and mobile lines. The station is manned around-the-clock by CMS personnel who are trained to respond quickly to alarm activation. The response measures range from contacting the appointed key holder to dispatching a Chubb response team to the premises, or to notify the police. Prompt and effective responses to any emergency are thus assured.
Video Monitoring Service (VMS) allows the CMS to remotely monitor via CCTV system installed. By having such a service, any alarm signal received can be be verified by our CMS personnel to determine the type of incident. In the event of an actual incident, CMS is able to escalate the next course of action to the respective parties such as police or Emergency Response Team (ERT).
Our CMS is fully equipped with a back-up centre. As part of the business continuity plan, we have back-up recovery centres located at different locations.
