At Chubb, we take the protection of your premises seriously. That is why Chubb’s Central Monitoring Station (CMS) offers 24/7 security and fire monitoring to optimize the performance of your alarm systems.
The Chubb CMS is fully equipped with a hot-redundant back-up system, independent generator, and double-locking door entrance. In the event of a system failure, the back-up systems automatically take over to enable the continuous monitoring of your premises.
Clients are connected to the CMS via high-tech links including digital dialer, wireless or direct leased line. The station is manned around-the-clock by CMS personnel who are trained to respond quickly to alarm activation. The response measures range from contacting the appointed key holder to dispatching a Chubb response unit to the premises, to calling in the civil defense or police. Prompt and effective responses to any emergency are thus assured.
Chubb CMS is equipped with the latest IP technology which allows CMS to control both arming and disarming of the system remotely. This is the latest trend of operating off-site ATM where all authorization processes are done through the back-end system and two-way function for CMS to confirm the exact status of the system including cellular signal strength. It is a foolproof system that overcome issues faced by off-site ATM owners, where the CIT service technician may forgot to arm the system when they have completed their servicing.
Chubb CMS is also providing Video Monitoring Station (VMS) service to clients which allow CMS to remotely monitor via CCTV system installed at respective sites. By having this service, all those false alarm signals could be determined without disturbing key-holders. In the event of actual incident happens, CMS would be able to escalate next cause of action to the respective parties such as police or Emergency Response Team (ERT).
Currently we are operating the Central Monitoring Stations (CMS) in Kuala Lumpur, Pulau Pinang and Kuching.
